Casa del Sol

Casa del Sol is a newly built apartment on the Costa del Sol in Spain which boasts a lower terrace plus a large roof top terrace with dining furniture and a stone BBQ.

Set within a fledging site in this cosmopolitan area of Spain, the air conditioned apartment is on the second floor with the roof top terrace spanning the entire surface area of the apartment. There is a pool and toddler pool just a few steps away, which is visible from the terraces.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. There is an additional shower-room with toilet and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge-diner has sliding doors to the lower terrace, where there is dinign furniture and a spiral staircase leading to the roof top terrace. The apartment is equally suited to families, couples or groups of friends.

There is an underground car parking space and a large storage room for golf clubs, buckets and spades!

The Costa del Sol is well known as a holiday region for sunseekers and golfers alike. There is so much to see in this beautiful part of Spain. We have only explored a tiny part of it (so far), and will never tire of the beauty of the landscapes or the friendly and laid back attitude of the Spanish people!

Average temperatures on the Costa del Sol range from 9-17C in the winter up to 30C in July and August, which makes it ideal for traditional summer holidays and also great if you are searching for winter sun.

Casa del Sol is a fantastic base to explore this most beautiful area of Spain - not just the numerous white sandy beaches, but also the stunning mountain scenery and quaint Spanish villages which are just a few minutes drive from the apartment.

Golf

There are 2 Golf courses within walking distance of the apartment, a further 3 within 2 miles and approximately 35 courses within 30 minutes drive.

Please note that flights and car hire are not included in the cost of the holiday so you will need to book your own!
